Information we process
We may process contact details, account and commercial information, support communications, device and diagnostic data, and limited website usage information. A self-hosted customer controls the operational data stored in its own GoMyid environment.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve the service, respond to requests, protect systems, administer commercial relationships, and meet legal obligations. We do not use customer remote session content for advertising.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with authorized personnel, service providers acting under appropriate obligations, or authorities where legally required. Retention is limited according to operational, contractual, security, and legal needs.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. Requests are evaluated after identity and authority are verified.
