Scope and instructions
DeskGate LLC processes covered personal data only to provide contracted services, follow documented customer instructions, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Security and confidentiality
Personnel with access are subject to confidentiality obligations. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are maintained according to the nature of the service and processing risk.
Subprocessors and transfers
Where subprocessors are used, they are bound by data protection obligations appropriate to their services. International transfers are handled through a lawful transfer mechanism where required.
Assistance and deletion
Taking account of the service and information available, DeskGate LLC provides reasonable assistance with rights requests, security incidents, assessments, and deletion or return at the end of services.
