Effective date: August 14, 2026. This document applies to GoMyid services and software supplied by DeskGate LLC.
License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with the applicable agreement, DeskGate LLC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use GoMyid for authorized internal purposes.
Restrictions
You may not unlawfully copy, sublicense, resell, circumvent license controls, or attempt to derive protected source code except where mandatory law expressly permits.
Ownership and feedback
GoMyid and its intellectual property remain owned by DeskGate LLC and its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve the product without transferring ownership of customer data.
Updates and termination
Updates may require compatible infrastructure or license status. License rights end when the agreement expires or is terminated, subject to any cure rights and mandatory legal requirements.
